"Max led the design and build of our information architecture stack and the semantic search capability that it creates. This will enable us to crawl, index and search a wide variety of content assets we own and manage as well as others across the enterprise.
This will help close one of the biggest gaps in our usability - the difficulty in finding things - and ultimately will improve the productivity of hundreds of caregivers across the organization. Max was able to do this in a self-directed fashion and ensured that the solution’s capabilities align with the goals of the project that funded the work.
While self-directed, Max does not work in isolation. He has built a network of experts with whom he discusses approach and formulates plans. This network includes internal staff plus experts at other organizations.
This approach to the work and its outcome is a good example of the senior architect level that Max operates at. Max also delivered a number of other products and enhancements to applications for user groups across the organization, and managed to juggle all these efforts while keeping his customers satisfied and happy with his work."
