Single family home with ceramic studio on a narrow infill lot in Eugene, OR. for Master in Architecture studio.
The goal of the studio was to grapple with many of the functional issues people have when working from home in preparation for the Terminal Project studio that followed.
My proposal divided and overlapped home and work spaces depending on the need for privacy.
Each activity had its own covered public-facing entrance with a unique address and separate second-story roofline.
But on the ground floor, the activities connected privately along a central axis and shared outdoor spaces.
