This planning study visualized how planned floor area ratio (FAR) policies might affect the downtown cityscape of Bellevue, WA through numerous axonometric drawings and overlays on photos taken from city sidewalks that translated numbers into building footprints and masses.
Street-level perspectives accompanied each axonometric drawing, aiming to provide a more experiential view of zoning impacts.
