This planning study visualized how planned floor area ratio (FAR) policies might affect the downtown cityscape of Bellevue, WA through numerous axonometric drawings and overlays on photos taken from city sidewalks that translated numbers into building footprints and masses.

Axonometric drawings illustrated how different floor and height zoning regulations might play out in the Central Business District.
