Provider 360 is a mobile and desktop search application that helps Providence caregivers quickly find basic information about all enterprise employed, contracted, or affiliated providers.

A product of Healthcare Intelligence accessible only from internal devices, the current release returns "source of truth" data points and counts for provider credentials, specialties, practice locations, privileges, roles and basic demographics.

2014 to 2016

JSP/LESS web application built on Twigkit framework running on Apache HTTPD and Tomcat servers connecting to Apache Solr with data modeled using SmartLogic and ingested from Enterprise Data Warehouse and MySQL databases on Desktop PC's pirated from empty office cubes.

2017 to 2020

Angular2/LESS web application built on Lucidworks App Studio framework running on Apache HTTPD and Tomcat servers connecting to Lucidworks Fusion with data ingested from Enterprise Data Warehouse and MariaDB databases on Providence Cloud VM servers. Brand logo, banner graphic and other theme visual elements created with Inkscape.

2021 to 2022

Fully opensource Angular9/SCSS web application and dockerized Python microservices connecting to Apache Solr with data ingested from a Snowflake master-data database. Deployed from Azure DevOps Repos and Azure Container Registry to two on-premise Providence Datacenter virtual machines.

2022 to present

Deployed as a Helm chart to Azure Kubernetes Services as a scalable, fully self-contained PaaS solution made up of 10+ pods in a single namespace.
