Readers of the University of Oregon student newspaper living through the decade of "Jaws" movies readily associated a fear of water with sharks. For this article about water hazards around the Eugene, Oregon area, therefore, my graphic riffed on an iconic movie poster of a predatory great white coming up from the deep to swallow an unsuspecting human.
